Citizen Science Campus is an initiative of the Leadership in Public Science cluster that aims to make participation in citizen science activities a normal part of the undergraduate experience at NC State. We are working to extend citizen science as an extracurricular activity, to support instructors building citizen science into their courses, and to help faculty use citizen science in their research projects.
This meeting is for progress updates on the curricular arm of the initiative:

- review this semester’s Wolfpack Challenge, and discuss how it can continue to be leveraged across campus
- share successes (& challenges) in incorporating citizen science exercises in every classroom
- learn about progress of the NC State landing page for the citizen science hub SciStarter
- consider how writing can be integrated more richly into citizen science activities
